Product Update: New Dashboard Analytics & Reporting

We are excited to announce a major update to the Cyberix security dashboard, bringing powerful new analytics and reporting capabilities to our platform. The redesigned interface provides security teams with real-time visibility into their organization's threat landscape, compliance posture, and incident response metrics -- all from a single, customizable view. These enhancements were developed based on direct feedback from our customer advisory board and reflect the operational needs of modern security operations centers.

The new threat visualization module presents security events on an interactive timeline with drill-down capabilities. Analysts can filter by severity, source, technique (mapped to MITRE ATT&CK), and affected assets. Heat maps display geographic and temporal attack patterns, making it easy to identify trends and allocate resources accordingly. The module supports real-time streaming of security events with sub-second latency, ensuring SOC teams have the most current view of their environment at all times.

Executive reporting has been completely overhauled. Security leaders can now generate board-ready reports with a single click, featuring key risk indicators (KRIs), compliance scores, mean time to detect (MTTD) and respond (MTTR) metrics, and trend analysis. Report templates are fully customizable and can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution. The platform also introduces a security posture score -- a composite metric that provides a high-level assessment of organizational security health based on configuration baselines, vulnerability counts, and incident history.

Additional improvements include enhanced API integrations with popular SIEM and SOAR platforms, role-based dashboard views that surface relevant data for different team functions, and dark mode optimizations for 24/7 SOC environments. All existing customers will receive the update automatically over the next two weeks. New customers on Professional and Enterprise plans will have immediate access to the full analytics suite.
